StaySure™ Fecal Incontinence Insert Subscription Policy

1. Overview

The StaySure™ Subscription Program provides patients with a convenient, ongoing supply of the StaySure Fecal Incontinence Insert as prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional. This policy explains how the subscription program works and the responsibilities of both Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation and the subscriber.


2. Eligibility

  • The StaySure™ Fecal Incontinence Insert is a prescription-only medical device.
  • Enrollment in the subscription program requires a valid and active prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Subscriptions are available only to the patient named on the prescription and may not be transferred or shared.
  • The prescription must be verified and on file prior to shipment.

3. Subscription Structure

  • Recurring Shipments: Inserts are automatically shipped on the frequency selected by the subscriber or as recommended by the prescribing clinician.
  • Billing: Subscribers are billed prior to each shipment using the payment method on file.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the subscriber or suspended by Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation. Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation reserves the right to cancel subscriptions for any reason.
  • Prescription Updates: If a prescription expires or is modified, Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation will pause shipments until updated documentation is received and verified.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Subscribers may update shipment frequency, billing information, or delivery address through their StaySure account or by contacting Customer Care.

To cancel a subscription, log into your StaySure account and click into subscriptions on the lefthand side. You will see your subscriptions listed as well as a green ‘Manage’ button. Select that, then you will see a red button to cancel your subscription. Click on that to cancel your subscription. You will see a green message at the top of the page letting you know it was successfully canceled.

To update the shipment frequency, log into your StaySure account and click into subscriptions on the left-hand side. You will see your subscriptions listed as well as a green ‘Manage’ button. Then, you will have the option to update the frequency and/or the next bill date of when you want to receive your next shipment. Click, ‘Save Changes’ when completed. You will see a green message at the top of the page letting you know it was successfully updated.

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.


5. Returns and Damaged Goods

Due to the medical and hygienic nature of the StaySure™ Fecal Incontinence Insert, returns are not accepted once a shipment has left our facility. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care within 5 business days of receipt.

All inquiries and claims will be handled in accordance with our Damaged Goods Policy.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation maintains strict confidentiality for all patient and prescriber information in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Information provided during the subscription process is used solely for prescription verification, product fulfillment, and ongoing customer support. 7. Terms of Use

Participation in the StaySure™ Subscription Program is governed by the Terms of Use Policy. By enrolling, the subscriber acknowledges acceptance of these terms and the associated policies referenced herein.


8. Policy Updates

Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
