Damaged Product Policy
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation is committed to ensuring your medical devices arrive safely. If your order is damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
How to Report a Damaged Product:
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.
- Contact our customer care team within 5 days of delivery at support@mnmedicaltechnolgies.com or 844-706-0388.
- Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. Note: Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation may require damaged product to be returned for evaluation.
Resolution:
- We may replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
- In certain cases, we may offer store credit if replacement is not possible.
- Shipping for replacements will be covered by Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation.
Limitations:
- This policy applies only to items damaged during shipping.
- Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery is not covered.
- All other sales remain final as stated in our Shipping Policy.
